RoshSkor Township (Pty) Ltd was established in 2001. We have grown into a medium sized company that takes care of Rosh Pinah Town’s services.
Rosh Pinah is a mining town located in the southern Namibia, close to the border of South Africa. It is situated 360 kilometer (200 mi) south of Keetmashoop in Namibia’s //Karas Region.
West of the town lies Diamond Area 1, the main mining area in Namibia. Rosh Pinah belongs to the Oranjemund electoral constituency. The town is connected via the road to Aus.
Like other mines in Namibia, the settlement was created when the mine was opened. It is governed by the mine operators RoshSkor because it does not fall under any regional government authority.
Hoeksteen Combined School and Tsau ||Khaeb Secondary School are public schools, whereas Rosh Pinah Academy serves as a private primary school, alongside Steppingstones Pre-primary School located within the town. Minerals extracted from Rosh Pinah Mine include copper, zinc, tin, lead, and silver.

Visitors to Rosh Pinah can appreciate the tranquil and secure atmosphere of the town, where all amenities are conveniently within walking distance. The town features two primary grocery stores, Choppies and U-Save, as well as Pep stores and Cymot along with several clothing boutiques. For furniture shopping, Lewis and Furnmart are the prominent options, complemented by numerous skilled carpenters specializing in furniture craftsmanship. Banking needs are served by First National Bank and Standard Bank, with NamPost also providing financial services.
Development in Rosh Pinah has always synchronized with what happens on one of the two mines, Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation and Skorpion Zinc.
