Guiding Information

Roshskor’s responsibility

• Providing the water meter, which will remain the property of RoshSkor.
• Connecting the client to the main water supply
• Informing the clients on the material specification i.e pipe sizes, correct fittings etc.
• RoshSkor will do the trenches inspection before the connection
• Repair the faulty meter, but should the fault be as a result of the client’s own negligence, then that will be the clients responsibility

Clients’ responsibility

• Connection fee: Residential: N$500 refundable deposit per connection, Business: N$1,500 refundable deposit per connection.
• Basic fee: N$ 72.60 basic fee per month, invoiced every month, together with the consumption.
• Digging of trenches (300mm deep) from the water points to your households
• Acquiring water pipes (specifications on the size to come from RoshSkor), preferably a 20mm and any other connection materials such as taps.
• All account holders will be billed monthly. RoshSkor billing system works on a 31 day cycle. Readings are done on the 15^th of each month and bills are issued end of each month, the payments due date is 20^th of every month.
