RoshSkor Governance

The affairs of RoshSkor are governed by the Board of directors who appoints a manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day business of the company. The board consist of 5 (five) Directors who are constituted as follows; Two directors from Skorpion Zinc, Two directors from Rosh Pinah Zinc Corporation and the RoshSkor Manager (ex officio).

Board of Directors

Consist of two Directors from each mine. The focus of this entity is strategic of nature – executive governance.

Management Committee

Consist of one Director from each mine as well as the three RoshSkor Managers. The focus of this committee is to provide the necessary support for the RoshSkor Management team. This committee meets monthly and monitors RoshSkor’s progress.

Management Team

Consist of the three RoshSkor Managers – RoshSkor Manager, Financial Manager and Town Administration and Development Manager. The focus of this team is to manage the day to day activities of RoshSkor.

Rosh Pinah Representative Forum (RPRF)

RoshSkor initiated a process to establish a forum that represents all sectors of Rosh Pinah. This forum became operational towards the end of 2010.

Technical Review team

Consist of a technical advisor from each mine, together with the RoshSkor Manager. The focus of this team is the monitoring, maintenance, technical advice and improvement of technical issues of Rosh Pinah.
